Top Ten Q&A's on Product availability & Tax Credits

1.  Do I have to have the vehicle registered by the end of December to qualify?
Please see your personal tax advisor or CPA to determine qualifications prior to making a purchase.     
2.  Where can I find one, the dealers in my area are sold out?

3.  Since the dealership has taken my down payment am I guaranteed a vehicle?
We sell directly to our national dealer network and any agreements related to the transaction are strictly between the customer and the dealer.   
4. Do you have anything in production and can I reserve one?
Our dealer network places orders and we are doing all we can to meet demand. We do not sell direct to consumers.  
5. Which dealerships are going to carry the ANVIL?
Many dealerships have signed up and inventory for the remainder of 2009 has sold out.   
7.  I want to talk to a salesman about "the specs" on the E-Merge.  I can't get through on the phone to the dealership and I need to know if the E-Merge is free with the tax credits offered? The tax credits have resulted in unprecedented demand and we apologize for the delay. We are also enhancing our web site on a regular basis. We encourage you to talk to a dealer and many are listed under the search directory of our web site.  With regard to various state tax credits we advise you to visit with your tax advisor or state department of revenue prior to making your purchase. We are confident several of our electric vehicles meet the qualifications as we understand them for the federal tax credit however we have no opinion to the wide range of various tax credits to include those relating to alternative energy or solar. You should see your local tax advisor or call your state agency for more information.        
8.  Can you guarantee delivery to my dealer by December If I pay in full? Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery however rest assured we are working hard to meet demand. Clearly sales are outperforming production and some orders may go unfulfilled.      
9.  I’m calling for my Dealer and I need to check on their orders? Your DSM has the latest shipping information. The ramp up in production will not provide significant relief until the late October/November time frame. Currently dealers who have ordered regularly are being shipped first. It is not unreasonable to anticipate an allocation of units.    
10. Is the Vanish 4 x 4 going to be arriving soon? The Vanish series is another great success with segment leading features and the entire Vanish Team is committed to making it available under an allocation process. We will announce on our web site as they become available.
