EESA Tax Credit Ends December 31, 2009.

The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (EESA) allows the opportunity for certain qualifying Tomberlin Automotive Group, Inc.  electrical vehicles purchased in 2009 are eligible for the Qualified Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit under Internal Revenue Code 30D. Tomberlin encourages all purchasers to first speak with their tax advisor for guidance prior to purchase to be assured that any potential benefits from this tax credit in addition to any other state tax credit can be realized. All purchasers are encouraged to seek the most conservative path in the event of contrary opinions.
